Femke Heemskerk



Femke made her debut at the 2006 European Championships in Budapest but won her first bronze medal in the 400 freestyle relay at the World Championships in Melbourne in 2007. Training in Amsterdam with coach Martin Truijens, she progressed quickly and in early 2008 she won the gold medal in the 400 freestyle relay in a new world record in front of a home crowed at the European Championships in Eindhoven. This would be the first of many victories in this event to come with the golden girls.

Femke has a lot of knowlodge and experience about balance for a healty live for your mind and body. She uses her experience to help others in personal growth.
